Are the Ohayou watches waterproof?
All Ohayou watches are 10ATM water resistant. This means that the watch is functional for showering, swimming, snorkeling and other water related activities. However the Ohayou watch will not stand the pressure of deep diving and is therefore not suitable for diving.

Is it easy to change the straps?
We recommend you pay a visit to your local watchmaker or someone who has the correct tools for the job.

 Is my Ohayou watch battery-driven?
Yes, the Ohayou movement is battery-driven. We recommend that you contact a specialized watch dealer to change the battery on your Ohayou watch.

I haven´t received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
In the event of a missing order confirmation, please make sure to double check your spam folders/boxes.
If the payment has been subtracted from your account, we have received the order and this will be processed in our warehouse. Your order confirmation will be send to the email address you have filled in when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, then first check if the amount has been taken from your account. If this is not the case, we advise you to try again to place a new order.

How long will it take to receive my package?
We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of verification. DHL pledges worldwide delivery within 5 business days but it might arrive sooner if you’re in the EU, and a bit later if you’re outside.

How long is the warranty period of my Ohayou watch?
The Ohayou warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any Ohayou products. Ohayou grants a 2 year warranty period on its watches and a 1 year warranty period on its watch straps. Read more about the warranty in our Terms & Conditions.
